One Suno song, eight distributors
Checked on each distributor's own policy page, September 27, 2026. Green = plain yes. Orange = yes with a cap or some stores excluded. Closed = your existing Suno songs don't get in.
The short version
Six of the eight take Suno songs. DistroKid, Ditto and UnitedMasters say plain yes. Amuse, RouteNote and LANDR say yes with caps or a few stores missing.
CD Baby says no. TuneCore blocks the Suno songs you already have. TuneCore only passes songs from Suno's new industry-partner model since September 2026. Everything made before stays blocked.
Your Suno plan matters more than your distributor. A free-plan song has no commercial rights and can't get them later. No distributor can fix that.
Expect a checkbox, and tick it honestly. DistroKid asks on every upload whether AI made the lyrics, the melody or all the audio. Spotify can show that in the song credits. Hiding it is what closes accounts.

First, the door before the doors
Every distributor policy starts with the same sentence: you must own the rights. With Suno, that is decided by your plan, not by the distributor.
The rule that beats every distributor policy
Suno's terms (effective September 3, 2026): free-plan songs are personal use only, and rights can't be bought later for a song you already made. A paid distributor won't fix that.
What happens after you tick the AI box
The box isn't a trap. It is the thing that keeps your account open. Here is where the answer travels.
DistroKid asks: lyrics, melody, part of the audio, or all of it? LANDR and Symphonic ask too.
Since April 2026 Spotify can show that answer in the song's credits. It says it won't down-rank honest AI tracks.
Detects Suno and Udio on its own, tags the track, and keeps it out of algorithmic and editorial playlists.

Common questions
Does DistroKid accept Suno songs?+
Yes. DistroKid accepts AI-generated music as long as you own 100% of the rights and don't imitate a real artist's voice. On every upload it asks whether AI made the lyrics, the melody, part of the audio or all of it. That answer can show up in Spotify's song credits.
Which distributors do not accept Suno songs?+
CD Baby bans AI-generated content outright, even if the tool allows commercial use. TuneCore only accepts music from AI models trained on licensed data and has been blocking Suno tracks since spring 2026; after the Believe–Suno deal in September 2026, only songs from Suno's new industry-partner model qualify, older Suno songs still don't.
Can I release a song I made on the free Suno plan?+
No. Suno's free plan gives you no commercial rights, and there is no way to buy them later for a song you already made. Make (or remake) the song on Pro or Premier before you distribute it.
Do I have to tell the distributor my song is AI?+
Increasingly yes. DistroKid, LANDR and Symphonic ask on the upload form, RouteNote may ask which tools you used, and Spotify has an industry standard for AI credits. Lying about it is the thing that gets accounts closed, not the AI itself.
What is the cheapest distributor for a Suno song?+
RouteNote is free if you accept 85% of your royalties. Among the 100%-payout plans, Ditto ($19/yr) and UnitedMasters ($19.99/yr) are the cheapest, DistroKid Musician is $24.99/yr. CD Baby charges per release but doesn't take AI songs.
